Job Description

  
  • Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services..
  • Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and personal property needs.
  • Plan long and short-term maintenance needs.
  • Modernize and update equipment.
  • Oversee support services & operations.
  • Plan and design grounds maintenance.
  • Develop energy efficiency procedures.
  • Supervise a buildings operations and maintenance, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors
  • Plan work spaces.
  • Monitor facility for security.
  • Direct facilities staff, including custodial and grounds workers.

Job Requirements

  • Any relevant degree
  • Have a high experience with facility management , Secuirity , Maintances ..etc
  • Ability to device and implement strategic plans, staff development and the management of change
  • 4-6 yrs of experience
