Job Description
- Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services..
- Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and personal property needs.
- Plan long and short-term maintenance needs.
- Modernize and update equipment.
- Oversee support services & operations.
- Plan and design grounds maintenance.
- Develop energy efficiency procedures.
- Supervise a buildings operations and maintenance, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors
- Plan work spaces.
- Monitor facility for security.
- Direct facilities staff, including custodial and grounds workers.
Job Requirements
- Any relevant degree
- Have a high experience with facility management , Secuirity , Maintances ..etc
- Ability to device and implement strategic plans, staff development and the management of change
- 4-6 yrs of experience
