- Undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
- Executes the day-to-day operation of human resources office, assist in managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs

- Policy development and documentation.

- Employee services and consulting.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives and system.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree.
- At least 1-3 years experience in HR .
- Background at HR.
- Have good communication skills.
- Good English in speaking and writing.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
