Job Description

Overview: 

  • Undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
  • Executes the day-to-day operation of human resources office, assist in managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs 

Main Duties are as follows :
  • Departmental development
  • Human resources information system (HRIS)
  • Development and training
  • Compensation and benefit administration.
  • Recruiting process.
  • Development and training.
  • Performance and management.
  • Benefit administration.
  • Company employee communication.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee safety, welfare and health.
  • Employee services and consulting.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives and system.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor degree.
  • At least 1-3 years experience in HR .
  • Background at HR.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Good English in speaking and writing.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
