Job Description
1. Arranging Medium Term and Long Term loans.
2. Planning the project financial requirements.
3. Arranging additional working capital facilities with banks.
4. Liaising with banks and institutions for any banking needs from the company.
5. Arranging the drawdowns within time to match funds outflow requirements.
6. Reconciling loans with banks and other institutions.
7. Reviewing interest and fees calculations of all loans.
8. Negotiating with banks the bank charges and applicable rates and commissions.
9. Preparing the details for loans/forward transactions/repayment schedule.
10. Reviewing and audit the share capital money and shareholders needs and requirements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Accounting Department
- Experience from 5 to 10 years in Banks (banking transactions)
- Female
- Resident in Alexandria
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent In Microsoft office program
- Excellent In English
