Job Description

  • Manage office supplies, equipment.
  • Manage inventory, administrative assistance, records management,
  • Plan and manage fleet for all employees.
  • Manage and follow up employee attendance.
  • Contact employee investigation.
  • Manage cleaning, gardening staff, and maintenance services.
  • Manage and follow up preservation of the environment and the cleanliness of the plant and the completion the Land Scaping.
  • Manage and follow-up medical insurance system according to the company policy.
  • Manage and follow-up all plant licenses.
  • Coordinate with Government agencies.
  • Issuing admin monthly reports.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree.

Experience: From 8 to 10 years in manufacture industry.


Skills and Abilities:
  • Computer Skills MS Office.
  • Language Skills English is a must.
