Job Description
- Recommend different methods of paying various invoices either through cash payments or through checks.
- Review and approve banks’ expenses and ensure they are aligned and complying with contracts’ financial terms and conditions.
- Responsible for supervising all daily accounting operations related to suppliers’ accounts and their daily accounting transactions.
- Ensuring no discrepancies between suppliers’ invoices and amounts supplied to the Company’s warehouses.
- Ensure that all tax requirements are being satisfied in all Company’s invoices.
- Handling all bank accounts, preparing bank’s transactions and overseeing the Company’s general ledger.
- Preparing the monthly closing, Profit & Loss analysis, budget and the annual closing and generate any required reports to the Top Management.
- Monitoring all A/R & A/P daily transactions and operations and ensure that they are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review all daily financial transactions against financial documents (invoices, vouchers, receipts).
- Contribute in closing the fiscal year and preparing all required financial statements and settlements in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer.
- Conduct yearly overhead analysis on different production lines and labour.
- Ensure that all financial documents are provided as required to the tax authorities during seasonal tax audits.
- Supervising the finance department staff and monitor their performance on daily basis.
- Provide close and direct coaching and support to the finance team in an efficient and proper manner.
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Commerce. (Accounting Section)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field in the FMCG industry.
- Languages: Excellent English.
- The candidate should be experienced in ERP System.
- Computer Skills: Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,….etc)
- The Company provide housing.
