General Summary:
General Summary:
- Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within Cairo.
- Manages the company's sales lifecycle starting from prospecting and lead generation all the way to contract closure and project kick-off.
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through properly managing the sales pipeline, building strong customer relationships and demonstrating compelling value propositions.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborates directly with the CEO in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
- Plan and executes sales plans to achieve set targets
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales team members
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales packages and value propositions
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top client decision-makers.
- Collaborates with the CEO to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Reports directly to the CEO
Job Requirements
- A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 4 years of related experience in Sales particularly in the retail sector
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- A valid driver’s license and a car
