Job Description
- Preparing the yearly preventive maintenance plan
- Prepare , Supervise executing the Installation of new equipment as well as the Qualification (IQ) & Operation Qualifications (OQ) for all machines in FAT( Factory Acceptance Test ) and SAT ( Site Acceptance Test )
- Manage and supervise the utility maintenance activity (Preventive, Predictive and corrective Maintenance)
- Manage new project until delivered to owner
- Manage the maintenance team (Electrical, Mechanical) to maintain and improve the machine performance
- Manage machine spare parts for regular mantinence by getting different offers
- Manage the whole engineering department with Electrical, HVAC, Construction supervision
- Responsible for Ministry of Health regulation changes and improvements to keep factory up-to-date
- Responsible for implementing GMP regulations
