Job Description
- Convert the unit sales and market development objectives to all supervisors within the unit.
- Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans to deliver them
- Works frequently with Supervisors & Sales Reps (at all levels of the trade) to understand customer/ systems needs.
- Takes a proactive leadership role in selling to customers; anticipating and resolving emerging problems.
- Provide timely and accurate communication between field, distribution and accounting.
- Analyze on a monthly basis the unit results, action plans, and update RSM with progress through a monthly letter.
- Provide on going coaching to all supervisors within the unit and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
- Report competitive activities to the Regional Sales Manager as and when it happens.
Job Requirements
- Leadership.
- Thinking and problem solving.

- Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 3 years in a sales managerial role.
- University Graduate & Computer literacy ( Windows applications )
- Arabic / English speaking.
