Lead architectural and urban design input across all project phases—from feasibility, concept, and master planning through to detailed design and delivery.
Translate development strategies into design briefs and ensure alignment between the design vision and commercial, functional, and regulatory requirements.
Review and manage responses to RFPs and design proposals from local and international consultants.
Evaluate design alternatives based on market positioning, project viability, buildability, and financial performance.
Coordinate with internal departments (Development, Investment, Sales & Marketing, Project Management) to ensure design supports business goals and customer needs.
Monitor consultant outputs and ensure deliverables meet the developer’s standards, applicable codes.
Lead design presentations for executive leadership, government entities, and investors.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design; Master’s degree preferred.
8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a real estate development environment.
Demonstrated success in leading design efforts for large-scale, mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.
Strong understanding of development economics, project phasing, and how design impacts ROI, marketability, and construction feasibility.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong English communication and presentation skills; Arabic is a plus.
Business-minded designer who can balance aesthetics with function, cost, and commercial value.
