• ● Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• ● Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• ● BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
• ● Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
