Call Center Supervisors are responsible for training and motivating their Call Center Representatives. They answer clientsu2019 questions, deal with complaints and provide support. They are responsible for hiring new employees and monitoring the success of their team.
Job Description
- ● Help unpack boxes when new shipments arrive
- ● Keep the parking lot clean and organized
- ● Process special orders for items that are currently out of stock
- ● Put price tags or stickers on items
- ● Perform price checks for cashiers or customers
- ● Display sales signs on selected shelves or racks
- ● Assist customers in locating items
Job Requirements
- ● Proven work experience as a Courtesy Clerk or similar role
- ● Outgoing, friendly and helpful
- ● Provide excellent customer service
- ● Well-groomed, pleasant appearance to provide a great shopping experience for customers
- ● Excellent communication skills to share information with co-workers and customers
- ● A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
