Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or a relevant role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Familiarity with payroll software
  • Excellent analytical and qualitative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant background
