Job Requirements
- ● Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or a relevant role

- ● Familiarity with payroll software
- ● Excellent analytical and qualitative skills
- ● Good communication skills
- ● BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant background
