• Job Details:Selected Projects Transformation:  Manage Software development to import 200 different Data source data includes ( Sales , Manufacturing , services , parts , Dealers , Connected vehicles, Ford Pass ,.. etc ) at Ford worldwide into Hadoop , build business roles and build interface with IBM MDM to access the new Hadoop data Set, build automation process , that will be available for Data Scientist to perform data analytics  Budget: $2 M and use Clarity tools for budgeting; Use Agile methodology and using Rally tool  Project technology team of 30 on-shore and Off-shore  Technology used: Hadoop, DataStage and ETL Agile Adapt:  Lead project team to Adapt Ford Agile methodology, in way how to use Rally tool as well as create Epic/Sub Epic/User stories and release planning scope and daily standup/backlog grooming as per Agile process in way to convey the vision and maximize the business value delivered by the team. Kronos Interface with Snurk  Manage Software development for Building new interface from Kronos (Work Force Management) application to SNURK for the U.S. and Canadian manufacturing plants; build automation process; Migrate historical POLR data to SNURK 2.0 for the U.S. and Canadian manufacturing plants to support manufacturing reporting.  Budget: $800 K and use Clarity tools for budgeting; Use Agile methodology and using Rally tool  Project technology team of 10 on-shore and Off-shore  Technology used: .Net and Teradata, EDW (enterprise data warehouse) and ETL. Sanand Plant TK and IM  Manage Software development and Implement Sanand Snurk 2.0 Timekeeping, Freight and industrial material reporting for Sanand new Vehicle Assembly Engine Plant in India and interface with backend financial system ADP Payroll and Picture Perfect solution.  Budget: $1 M and use Clarity tools for budgeting; Use Agile methodology, using Rally tool  Project technology team of 15 on-shore and Off-shore  Technology used: .Net and Teradata, EDW (enterprise data warehouse) and ETL. Timekeeping Reporting & Industrial Material  Manage Software development and Implement Snurk 2.0 Timekeeping reporting for following South Africa, Vietnam , Taiwan Assembly Engine Plants with backend PeopleSoft GL financial system and ADP Payroll system API ; build automation process; Migration of historical data and decommission of old legacy system  Budget: $800 K and use Clarity tools for budgeting; Use Agile methodology, using Rally tool  Project technology team of 10 on-shore and Off-shore  Technology used: .Net and Teradata, EDW (enterprise data warehouse) and ETL. CGFM Common Global Forecast Module (CGFM)  Manage development and Implement CGFM application that enables forecasting for labor costs and plant overhead (utilities, taxes, maintenance, etc.) for all Ford Plants around the world  Budget: $2 M and use Clarity tools for budgeting; Use Agile methodology, using Rally tool  Project technology team of 15 on-shore and Off-shore  Technology used: .Net and Teradata, EDW (enterprise data warehouse) and ETL Teradata Upgrade - v12 to v13  Manage upgrade of Teradata from V12 to V13 for (Development, QA and Production) environment , work with Manufacturing and Finance business areas to perform UAT and Production verification  Budget: $800 K and use Clarity tools for budgeting; Use Agile methodology using Rally tool  Project technology team of 10 on-shore and Off-shore Technology used: Teradata, EDW (enterprise data warehouse) and ETL.
