• Job Details:• The creation of a Group Costing Manager position where the main functions are: ▪ Supervision on the Costing department in Factories. ▪ Link between Factories Costing Managers and the CFO. ▪ Accomplishment of Costing Systems In factories. ▪ Being a member in the implementation and helping in applying ERP System in the Group. • Analysis COGS, Cost vacancies of business segments • Apply principle of cost accounting and statistics to provide management with detailed cost data not ordinarily supplied by general accounting systems • Plan, implement and directs cost finding and reporting system to determine, record, and report unit costs of factors affecting production, such as raw material purchase, labor, inventory, and machine maintenance • Identify different ways to calculate costs and how best to determine company's profitability by enhancing cost control and cost management processes. • Develops and enhances forecasting models that extrapolate actual results and operational plans for total COGS to identify risks or opportunities for vacancies. • Ensures that standards costs recorded in the cost systems are accurate. • Coordinates with the management department in issuing the selling prices for new products. • Responsible for issuing actual Cost Control for every cost center and the whole company. • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the yearly budget and financial forecasts. • Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for operating costs. • Identifying the discrepancies between actual cost and potential cost for every cost center and for the company and explaining the monthly budget variances to the management. • Prepare, implement, standard cost per unit produced and update standards by the recent factors influence the production standard. • Analyze the economic indicators effect the company's budget • Analyze expenses and cost allocation. Controlling actual expenditures against budget and submit reports represent deviations. • Conduct capital budgeting for any new investment opportunities. • Analysis and execute operational budget control through meetings with different departments. • Support high level management in preparation details studies for the company's business plan. • Analysis for alternative opportunity. • Provide information and reports to assist in determining selling prices of products based on cost analysis and profit rates for domestic, export and intra group. • Work on all kinds of control schemes to ensure maximum profitability of the various profit centers of the company. • Participate in monthly reporting. • Prepare draft of comments for variance analysis and interpret the actual ration VS budget. • Leading Cost Reduction initiatives • Unify costing method for all Group Business units. • Budget Allocation and tracking analysis • Deployment of ERP system • Top Management reports prepare / automate • Cost of productions calculation monthly with variance analysis • Cost of sales calculation monthly with variance analysis • Standard costing application Hold on a certificate of recognition from Olympic Group “for outstanding performance and lasting contribution
