Finalize 2020 Hygiene Department objectives at SAVOY Group by updating all policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms for the department by fulfilling all documents and become matched with the operation processes. Improved the received food products quality and maintained the sustainability of the suppliers by creating a new supplier evaluation system including an automated excel sheet which shows the supplier percentage depending on supplier visit check and safety and quality of the requested products to ensure the supplier compatibility with the company policy and food safety legalizations also conducting external supplier audits quarterly, in addition to, creating a checklist for the external supplier audits.
