Job Description
- Develop and deliver engaging English language arts lessons aligned with the American curriculum for middle school students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies and educational technologies to address diverse learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that promote language proficiency and literary appreciation.
- Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a middle school setting.
- Familiarity with the American curriculum and standards for English language arts.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
