• Job Details:- Assist project managers in performing project management duties (day-to-day tasks.). - Assist in preparation of project status reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly ) including updated schedules for project review (Ensure that each activity in project timeline to be done on time). - Assist in document control, project communications (coordinate between project stakeholders), coordinate meetings, preparing meeting agenda, process meeting minutes, and follow-up on the actions and decisions. - Assist in processing productivity data, RFI’s, change orders, proposals, and billing. - Establish work plan, and budget for each phase of project and arrange for recruitment and assignment of project personnel. - Assist PM in Coordination of information and activities among estimating, financial and Construction. - Review bids from contractors for conformity to contract requirements to determine the acceptable bids. - Review the contract conditions and make contract agreements with contractors and sub-contractors, and issue purchase orders to Suppliers.
