• Job Details:Provides full general medical examinations for all patients participating for health evaluation •Provides full health risk assessment, risk factor analysis, screening for disease and counseling •Provides primary and secondary preventive measures as well as primary care services for patients with Diabetes Mellitus and related chronic conditions and educates them for their own health current status , methods for proper surveillance risk factor assessment and stratification •Formulates a management plan for newly diagnosed cases of Diabetes in a multidisciplinary approach together with diabetic nurse educator and dietitian to prevent and reduce long term complications •Conduct medical examinations/evaluations prior to selection of for the posts for which they are considered. •Conduct periodic medical examinations, review and classify, with regard to fitness for duty, reports and pre-employment as well as deployment health assessment •Advise on and supervise the provision of vaccination services for patients applying for health evaluation •Advise on preventive measures to be taken with regard to major diseases, organize health education and awareness programs •Evaluates lab and clinical findings differentiating among various contributory causes, prescribes appropriate treatment when necessary. •Refers patients to other specialties as appropriate while preserving the continuity of care in collaboration with specialists in other areas. •Support the development of policies and procedures and ensure they are constantly reviewed and suggest updates to align with International best practice.
