- Job Details:Human Resources Executive Job Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications. Organising and scheduling interviews and technical tests of candidates. Assist in conducting pre- selection interviews for eligibility for a smooth final Selection by Line Managers. Responsible for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting Company Assets issued to employees such as Company Mobile Phones, SIM Cards, Company Laptop and other Company assets. Responsible for maintaining and accurately updating the Employee Leave. Database and ensuring that Leave Application Forms are approved by Line Managers are submitted by employees in a timely manner. In charge of regular checking of the Job Database and filing resumes in respective department folders. Inform if there are any relevant resumes that can be considered for current vacancies. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system & perform data entry and scan documents letter writing; dealing with telephone and email enquiries; creating and maintaining filing systems; scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required; keeping diaries and arranging appointments; organising travel for staff.
