Conduct thorough background checks on charters and/or owners to ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare regular and periodic reports and reviews, assisting in the organisation of operational matters as required. Support ad-hoc and crewing/payroll-related projects and activities as needed. Establish robust monitoring systems for stocks regulated within the framework of the potato sector.

Line Manager

• Job Details:Utilise software systems to track, verify, prioritise, and route orders efficiently. Manage and organise crucial shipping documents, including advanced shipping notices, pick slips, and bills of lading. Direct the flow of packages from preparation through to shipment, ensuring a seamless process. Inspect labels, barcodes, and other key features of completed orders to guarantee accuracy. Supervise and mentor subordinates, including receiving clerks and order pickers, to maintain high productivity. Oversee budget management of the shipping department, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and other department managers to optimise operational processes. Resolve issues concerning shipped orders promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure strict compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Report activities and issues to management, establishing contexts related to the stocks of strategic agricultural products. Prepare physical statements associated with the payment of storage, transformation, and multiplication premiums.

Pharmacy Salesperson
