• Job Details:Handling the technical personnel responsible for visiting the clients’ premises to examine the conditions, who report their findings back to me to act accordingly. • Understand the client’s need and analyze their current challenge to determine the needed product/ chemical to supply them with. • Determine the appropriate concentration and dose according to the client’s production area and field of industry. • Thoroughly explaining to clients the proper usage and instructions of the concerned product to follow according to their respective situation. • Having a full knowledge about the MSDS and TDS for each hygiene product we supply based on hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, or glutaraldehyde to be able to assist the client and accurately manage their need. • Responsible for issuing both the Certificate of Analysis and Method of Analysis for each product. • Handle complaints and after-sales services by assisting the clients with either a corrective action from our side or clarification of the proper means of using the product. • Managing a strong relationship with clients in which they refer to us as advisors for any challenge they might face with their production lines unrelated to the products we supply. • Contribute with the Supply Chain function to scan the market for products that are not among our product list but were needed by a client. • Building a portfolio of clients and new business to later manage and fully handle their operations. • Initiate and maintain new and current contractual agreements with clients. • Maintain different reports which are submitted periodically, including the documentation of the client interaction and feedback during the period.
