• Job Details:Responsible for all architectural works, (Permit drawings, Site supervision, Execution works, Graphics, Presentation, Interior Design, Rendering)  “Mr. Ahmad Awwad” Private Villa (Anout El Shouf – Lebanon): Producing design and responsible of all permit drawings, execution drawings, Site supervision, (area= 800 m2).  “Mr. Bassam El Akoum” Private Villa (Bsaba El Shouf- Lebanon): Responsible of all architectural drawings (Avant Project, Permit and execution drawings) rendering and site supervision (area = 450 m2).  “Mr. Nadim Abou Daher” Private Villa (Zaarouriyeh El Shouf – Lebanon): Renovation of an executed villa from interior and exterior (rendering, choosing of material, interior design decoration and execution works).  “Mr. Ali Fakhreddin” Dairy & Cheese Factory (Anout El Shouf - Lebanon): Dairy & Cheese Factory with a farm 35 crow (600 m2) - Producing permit and shop drawings / Overseeing the progress on the site.  “Mrs. Bilal and Mohammad Hasan Private Villa (Anout El Shouf – Lebanon): A project consists of two private villa on the same land, one is about 474 m2 and another about 1054 m2 in Anout Mount Lebanon: Producing design and responsible of all permit drawings, execution drawings, Site supervision, from A to Z (a turnkey project).  “Saudi ICON company (Saudi Arabia)” : A project consists of a motel in Jizan in Saudi Arabia was built and need to be renovated, doing the rendering from the as-built drawings and choose the right material to be approved by the client.

• Job Details:(Rive Gauche Tower project-Cornish El Naher-Beirut)  Overseeing the finishing work on the side in charge of podium zone, that’s including the garden on the top.  Overseeing the installation of materials and hand over it to the consultant (Floor tiles, wall cladding, false Ceiling tiles and its supporting system and Doors).  Installation of curtain wall system on the elevation of the towers with its insulation and louvers on it.
