• Job Details:Managing and analyze the strategic business of information technology in all Sector companies.  Responsible for the ongoing development and hosting services processes of the IT hosting Sector.  Make sure that projects adhere to a budget and are completed on time.  Develop a future plan of the IT dept. to maintain and increase the core business performance with respect to the IT point of view considering the cost reduction and the time affection.  Manage connection and network solutions strategic at LEEDS data center & service providers,  Ensure that all IT systems are up and running at all times, in accordance with relevant safety and operational standards of the areas in which IT systems are installed. The job holder will continue to maintain and enhance the information technology currently available.  Manage all company sites asset management maintenance system and be sure that is applied completely for each site and up and running.  Following up the daily activities of the team members.  Supervising the servers operations.  Managing remote sites access.  Follow up and manage Leased lines network ( connectivity ) and internet solution.  Supervise the team doing the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the network routers, switches and the configuration of the network server’s  Managing IT Assets including Hardware, Network and Software, Globally.  Acts as internal consultant to all companies areas in regard to strategic systems planning to include consulting with senior management on systems information requirements to determine boundaries & priorities of new projects to discuss system capacity , equipment acquisitions, peripheral equipment installations, malfunctions, maintenance to ascertain costs & plan operating changes  Establishes the corporate IT strategy , the role IT plays in supporting the company's short and long-range goals , growth plans ensures IT strategy enhances company's market competitiveness.  Communication with companies for supporting the needed resources.  Add solutions and procedures for business operation busies process.  Manage Team of hosting services.

• Job Details:Analyze and evaluate information and business process requirements in DP World port and coming up with solutions and systems to business problems. Involved in the management multiple projects using business workflow to enhance the existing functionality. • Job Details:Responsible for scoping the business requirements and developing technical solutions. Involved in developing the implementation approach and managing the impact on all port business areas. Responsible for all aspects of the IT projects from business analysis to plan management and risk management. Supervise a staff of four persons.  Managed the analysis and implementation of several large IT projects.  Strategic analysis undertaken and delivered to inform, manage and drive stakeholder expectations.  Analyses user requirements and provides adequate support.  Trains end users or technical support staff to use systems.  Supervising and reviewing the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.  Designing and executing the test scenarios.  Designing Work Flow Business Cycles on IBM Maximo system.  Guiding and assisting the project team throughout different project stages and activities.  Preparing and implementing all KPI’s analysis reports.
