• Job Details:Middle East and Africa Senior Sourcing Manager - COE - Focusing on proactive sourcing and developing process improvement plans which result in cost savings, process efficiency gains and increased stakeholder’s satisfaction levels. - Conducting strategic negotiations, supplier selection, and supplier management while proactively evaluate corporate needs and establish guidelines for improving tracking purchasing spend. - Establishing strategic vendor/supplier relationships to develop performance base low cost solutions and negotiation win-win agreements. - Working closely with all levels of management within the Company to determine needs, develop strategies and plan and provide procurement sources in support of those needs. Implement 5 years SBP targeting yearly 5% productivity savings. - Assessing all sourcing options in order to determine and create best possible sourcing options. Interact extensively with internal customers and vendors ensuring overall service and satisfaction. - Maintain compliance with organizational standards and objectives. Perform recruiting tasks; train, develop and team management. - Responsible to develop common buying framework within the given area of spend across all plants (including KPIs, processes, R&R, performance measurements) - Drive innovation through deep knowledge of technology and suppliers as well as a broad view on the Company innovation agenda (key partner with R&D) - Contributing and being responsible of shift and lift opportunities with Global team, through a 2 year experience and international meetings I was able to shift a good number of ideas that delivered savings to MEA region from Europe and USA. - Expert knowledge of Company value chain “Innovate-Build Brand-Make-sell-Deliver” - Monitor the cost driver and goods trends, always watching Forex and identify risks and mange it. - Key Contributions: Saved an average of $20 million over eight years.
