Export Logistics ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Coordinate with several producers to make sure the readiness of the shipments • Provide sales team with all destinations rates required in order to send offers to customers • Negotiate ocean freight for each destination with S/L & confirm the same with sales dep to make sure choosing the best rate & service to match our customer requirements • Make sure that rates & free days valid for regular shipments Monthly • Follow up with sales team to make sure that we received the advance payment before loading • Checking L/Cs logistics points and make sure that all terms meet the export procedures to avoid paying discrepancies • Review clearance documents for every shipment & approve it • Coordinate with transporter the loading time in determined date for each shipment • Handle all the issues that face clearance & transport agency while assign containers & open the customs certificates • Approve the original document for each shipment & make sure that all comply with export system • Handle all logistics complaints received from customers with S/Ls & make sure to solve it asap • Receive & review all FF & S/Ls invoices & make sure that all as per our confirmed deal with them.

• Job Details:• Manage the export logistics team & make sure that all team follow the export system • Prepare export tracking report & make sure to update it on time • Provide sales team with all destinations rates required in order to send offers to customers • Negotiate ocean freight for each destination with S/L & confirm the same with sales dep to make sure choosing the best rate & service to match our customer requirements • Make sure that rates & free days valid for regular shipments Monthly • Coordinate with planning team to arrange the suitable date to load the containers for each shipment • Follow up with sales team to make sure that we received the advance payment before loading • Checking L/Cs logistics points and make sure that all terms meet the export procedures to avoid paying discrepancies • Review clearance documents for every shipment & approve it • Coordinate with planning team to arrange the suitable date to load the containers for each shipment • Coordinate with transporter the loading time in determined date for each shipment • Handle all the issues that face clearance & transport agency while assign containers & open the customs certificates • Approve the original document for each shipment & make sure that all comply with export system • Handle all logistics complaints received from customers with S/Ls & make sure to solve it asap • Receive & review all FF & S/Ls invoices & make sure that all as per our confirmed deal with them or S/Ls then added it in the freight report & approve it from Dep. manager then deliver to finance • Follow up with finance team in order to make sure that due payments will be paid on time to FF & S/Ls

Senior Export SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Process documents and information through the established export system. • Review all documentation and forms, maintain communication with clients, and review their export process On a regular basis. • Coordinate the processing of shipments to the carrier and any government agency examinations, and documents Legalization which may be required. • Perform all functions within defined time frames for processing the delivery of cargo, and invoicing the client • Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner. • Maintain clear, oral and written communication with clients. • Provide excellent and timely customer service by proactively informing clients of the status of their shipments, Answering questions and referring advanced technical questions to the appropriate staff member. • Review all shipment export documentation and client invoice packages prior to distribution. • Adhere to all international shipping regulations.
