• Job Details:Supervised daily operations of a busy Greggs store, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Responsible for inventory management, including stock replenishment, ordering and restocking; also packaged the bakery items in the morning before the store opened. Ensured compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Served customers regularly on the cashier and at the same time being mindful of the products available on the shop floor and baking the products accordingly.
