• Job Details:- Position: Senior electrical site and Technical office engineer - Company: ASC for Construction and Engineering ( مركز العماره والانشاء ) - Client: Ministry of Health ( وزارة الصحه) - Consultant: Faculty of Engineering – Ain shams University ( استشاري كليه الهندسه جامعة عين شمس ) - Location: Gharbia - Gross Area: 24,000 m2 - Project Value: EGP 850,000,000 - Responsibilities: 1 - managing site engineers to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time). 2 - Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant. 3 - Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices. 4 - Prepare technical and material submittals. 5 - Studying and understanding of tender(s) / opportunities(s) requirements. 6 - Preparing conceptual and detail design documents, lists, calculation notes, drawings and detailed material take off required for the project and negotiating the same with all concerned parties. 7 - responsible for overseeing all Electrical works throughout design and construction phase, to ensure projects are delivered in time and within budget. 8 - prepare periodic project reports, including project profitability, revenue, margins, cost-benefit and needs analysis, bill rates and utilization as well as full quality delivery, and coordinates with all involved functions for corrective action if needed. 9 - prepare procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month. 10 - review, modify and initial approval of As-Built drawings before submitting them to the technical office for final approval 11 - Collaborates with Projects Departments to deliver detailed project plans and work breakdown. 12 - Confirms system’s and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties. 13 - Follow-up with the subcontractors all issues related to engineering. 14 - Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. 15 - Follow up the material submittals with the CTO and communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval. 16 - Building 3D REVIT models with different LOD Standards. 17 - Carry on technical inspection on job site both material delivery and installation, such as elevators, escalators, etc.

• Job Details:Construction of MESS Hall & Kitchen at Strategic Command Headquarters :- - Position: Senior electrical and light current site engineer - Company: Enara for Electromechanical projects and solutions - Client: Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces (الهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة) - Consultant: DAR (مكتب دار للاستشارات الهندسية) - Location: New Capital City (الكيان العسكري بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة) - Gross Area: 31,000 m2 - Project Value: EGP 680,000,000 1- responsible for overseeing all Electrical works throughout design and construction phase, to ensure projects are delivered in time and within budget. 2- implement Performing quality control reviews on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. 3- prepare periodic project reports, including project profitability, revenue, margins, cost-benefit and needs analysis, bill rates and utilization as well as full quality delivery, and coordinates with all involved functions for corrective action if needed. 4- Achieve Management Targets and Meeting Assigned Budgets. 5- conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured. 6- ensuring that health, safety, sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standard. 7- responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site. - Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution. 8- ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- other project : Construction PX MALL at Strategic Command Headquarters :- - Position: Senior electrical Infrastructrure site engineer - Company: Enara for Electromechanical projects and solutions - Client: Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces (الهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة) - Consultant: SHAKER CONSULTANCY GROUP (مكتب شاكر للاستشارات الهندسية) - Location: New Capital City (الكيان العسكري بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة) - Gross Area: 84,000 m2 - Project Value: EGP 2,200,000,000 1- Collect and present performance information related to infrastructure projects. 2- determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. 3- review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices. 4- check the quality of the work executed. 5- managing site engineers to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time). 6- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site. 7- manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all workgroups at the site.
