• Job Details:• Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. • Conducting regular meetings and site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. • Knowledge of cladding materials, building codes, and regulations. • Experience with facade engineering principles and practices. • Anticipating and mitigating risks associated with cladding replacement and facade engineering. • Resolving technical issues and conflicts that arise during design, construction, or installation phases. • Implementing effective problem-solving strategies to keep the project on track and minimize disruptions. • Conducting quality inspections and assessments to verify compliance with design specifications and project requirements. • Implementing quality control measures to address deviations or deficiencies in workmanship or materials. • Collaborating with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the project. • Providing regular project updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders. • Addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Soliciting feedback from clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. • Implementation of innovative solutions or strategies that improve project efficiency or performance. • Monitoring contractor productivity by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. • Analyzing contractor manpower allocation and labor productivity to optimize resource utilization and reduce downtime. • Tracking and forecasting project cash flow, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines to avoid delays or financial discrepancies. • Collaborating with the finance team to monitor expenditures, process invoices, and manage contractor payments in accordance with contractual agreements. • Ensuring contractor manpower is adequately aligned with project demands, adjusting workforce requirements based on project progress and evolving needs. • Conduct regular reviews of contractor financial performance, identifying potential risks or shortfalls, and recommending corrective actions to maintain cash flow stability.
