Preparing L/C's application forms and documents. • Ability to reduce customs items (spare parts for textile machine). • Follow up customs clearance process for shipments. • Regulate the payment of financial claims with banks. • A review the invoices for customs clearance. • Ability to choose the courier company for the samples (import and export). • A review the invoices for courier company. • Ability to search for new clients • Get best good rates from shipping line • Sell with the best quotations • Ability to lead team ( 2 employees )

• Job Details:• Handle all the process from A to Z of Export and Import shipments ( get the best rate , best Option with best transit time , handle all docs for export docs..etc ). • Open L/C's in import and export method. • Following customs clearance process on import and export shipments. • Regulate the payment of financial claims with banks. • Review the invoices for customs clearance. • Review the invoices for express courier. • Ability to lead team ( 3 employees ) • Ability to issue forecasting renew for export monthly volume
