Advises customers of necessary repair service including estimates of cost; also makes recommendations to customers for preventative maintenance. Responsible for keeping workshop area clean. Responsible for the safety of service technicians and maintaining a safe working environment in the workshop area and reporting all accidents to Human Resources Department immediately. • Job Details:Job description Supervision Mechanical Maintenance and operate for heavy Equipments & Trucks & Batching Plants and Machines in the sites Such as: Concret Pump Trucks - Mixer Trucks - Wheel loaders - Forklifts - Cranes - Dump Trucks - Mobile Block Machine - Compressors & Generators - Hydraulic systems.…etc. Making a maintenance plan and schedules for the Equipments & Trucks and Plants for maintenance ( Preventive & Predictive and Corrective ) . Troubleshoot faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a wide variety of situations . Use and apply operating, Maintenance manuals and Shop manuals for all heavy Equipments and Plants . Diagnose mechanical problems and make a report of the problems. Manage Maintenance Technicians and ensure effective and timely performance.
