• Job Details:- Receiving the inquiry from the vessel and data entry it on the system. - Send the price request to the vendors, compare between their prices and negotiate with them to get the best price. - Checking if there is any remark of an item, add the ratio and send the quotation to the costumer. - After receiving the ‘confirm’ from the costumer I calculate the charges of the operation and send them to the costumer. - As the costumer confirms the charges I start the operation: • Send the LPOs to the vendors. • Print the delivery notes, operation, labels and the invoices if Cash. • Give the printed documents to my colleague who responsible of the nominated vessel. • After the vessel is supplied I check if there is any returned item to get it arranged to be returned in a safe way. • As the previous stages are done I have the stamped delivery note and check it’s as same as the operation in the system and sent it to the accounting section.
