• Job Details:Checking and dispensing of medication for inpatients. Ensure completed and correct delivery of medication to patients. Audit patients‘ files and the medications beside the patients. Prepare and revise pre and post open heart medication list. Return of medication not administered by patients upon their discharge. Report medication errors. Report errors within patients’ files. Good command with primecare computer system(Pharmacy and Clinical modules). Monthly audit on expiry dates of medication for stocks of all hospital departments. Check prescriptions for errors, ensuring they're appropriate and safe for the individual patient Provide advice on the dosage of medications. Provide answers to clinical questions whenever needed. Supervise and train less experienced and less qualified staff. Stay updated with newest trends and contribute to research Carry-out continuous education within the pharmacy
