Our story starts back when Professor Mamdouh Aly Warda, a resident of Alexandria, Egypt graduated in 1970 from the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University.He was appointed as an assistant lecturer of cardiology from 1973 to 1980 and obtained his doctoral degree in 1981. Prof. Warda completed a fellowship program (1980-1985) at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, the United States of America, training in clinical cardiology, echocardiography and cardiac catheterization.
