• Job Details:- From 0 to millions in transactions after successfully launching our financial products and onboarding Egypt’s biggest banks and businesses. - Led the design effort to follow the central bank of Egypt’s regulations, by working hand in hand with the financial head in the company, joining bank meetings, and iterating the designs. That led to us getting approved by CBE and multiple other banks in Egypt. - I built a design team of two. Was responsible for interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and giving tasks and feedback to the design team, and reporting to management. - Held internship programs for designers, with a 75% hiring rate inside and outside our company. - Successfully led the design team to complete the transition from a single financial product to a financial market network, supporting multiple portals for three client personas, banks, financial institutions & administration. - Launched four financial products, with transactions in millions. Where I worked with company founders on shaping the experience, interviewing targeted users, convert the financial process into an easy experience across all portals. - Implemented a design system that doubled the design process speed, enhanced the quality of implementation, and enhanced communications between designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Senior User Experience DesignerFull Time

• Job Details:- I did UX analysis and fixes on an existing financial product to launch an MVP. - Directed the conversion from a single-user interface to a multi-user portal, in a complete redesign project. - Designed portals/dashboards for clients, financial institutions, banks, and the internal operations team that included data visualization. - Responsible for conducting user interviews with targeted customers, setting requirements, writing process documents for solutions, and suggesting solutions for extracted problems. - Employed quantitative and qualitative user research, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, and user flows to build a successful financial product that onboarded banks, businesses, and operations employees. - Creating the user personas based on our user research and targeted users. - Conducting remote usability testing with targeted users and brainstorming ideas for solutions.
