About us

The Ark Animal Clinic has been caring for pets since 2013. We run two clinics in Dubai plus our international branches. Our brand is warm, expert and built entirely around pet owners and their companions. We already have a full brand guideline in place, including colour palette, typography and tone of voice. We need a designer who can apply it consistently, everywhere our clients see us.

The role

This is an ongoing part time freelance engagement of 20 to 25 hours per week. It is a design only role. You design, our development partner builds. You will never be asked to write code.

You will design our website and landing pages, keep our monthly social media calendar on brand, produce the creatives that run on Meta and Google Ads, and design the email and WhatsApp templates we send to thousands of pet owners.

What you will do

Design and continuously improve our website pages and campaign landing pages
Hand over clean, organised, developer ready files with clear specs, states and exported assets
Review our monthly social media content calendar and make sure every post, story and carousel follows our brand guidelines
Create layered PSD creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads across the required placements and sizes
Design email templates for Mailchimp and WhatsApp campaign creatives
Keep every asset consistent in colour, typography, tone and logo usage
Deliver organised, layered source files. Not only flat exports

Bonus, not required

Short form video editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Simple motion graphics and animated ad variations
