• Job Details:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Understand the Job Requirement and create a plan to meet the target. • Advertising of job openings through various platforms and execute innovative sourcing methods to identify the right candidate for the organization. • Manage applications and review responses. • Sourcing engineering professionals preferably in Oil and Gas, Semiconductor, I.T and in other industries. • Performing initial screening of candidates and conducting interviews to assess candidates for open positions. • Creating talent pipelines for current and future requirements. • Guide candidates through the entire sourcing and selection process. • Setting up/arrangement of interview schedule between candidates and hiring managers. • Negotiate the best possible, mutually beneficial salary as per customer rate with the candidate. • Documentation process for onboarding activities (pre-employment medical check-up documents gathering, etc.). • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and expand professional network. • Updating weekly progress reports and monitoring sheets such as client copies, interview schedules. • Assisting in other initiatives when required. • Identify, source and screen candidates across industries. • Conduct telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews for candidates. • Updating Hiring Managers, sending emails, updating candidates thru WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
