• Job Details:Currently working as an Electronics & Applications Engineer in Digitaltest Corporation. A German Multinational Corporate that is based in Germany, Egypt & USA. For almost 40 years Digitaltest has been a Leading partner in the electronics industry, Digitaltest develops and produces Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for Electronic Circuit Boards, Software for automating production and quality management systems. My Job as a Test Engineer is a Mechatronics Based job and my job responsibilities are mainly composed of: - Reviewing PCBs Data (Circuit Schematics, BOM File, CAD File and Test Specs) with the aid of Digitaltest Software (C-Link) to prepare a test job that has the highest test coverage for each PCB. - Testing of PCBs using Bed Of Nails Testers or Flying Probe Testers. - Developing of test programs for in circuit test (ICT) for various sophisticated boards used in Automotive, Aviation, Aerospace , Military, etc... To meet the customers' test requirements using VB6 and VB .net with the aid of Digitaltest software (CITE) and Visual Studio. - Mechanical Design of Test Fixtures for each PCB using Solidworks and Vectric Aspire. - Participate in the Mechanical Development of Testing Machines. - Performing the necessary Stress Analysis on the test fixture and the board to optimize the design and make sure it will be safe during the Testing Phase. - Machining of the Test Fixture on a 3 Axis Milling Machine using Vectric Aspire as a CAM Software.

Mechanical Design EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the R&D Department of 3Brothers in the Department of Schneider Electrical Panels. My job Responsibilities are: Designing Sheet Metal Enclosures and Fixations for all Electrical Panels (SPACIAL, Local).  Finding New Design Solutions to improve manufacturability and improve cost.  Creating the BOM of all Electrical Panel Projects.  Reverse Engineering of any manufactured sheet metal enclosure or Fixation.  Responsible for Generating the G-Code for a CNC Punch Machine using CNC KAD (Muratec CNC Punch Machine) and monitoring the manufacturing Process.  Monitoring of the Assembly process of all Panels.

Junior Design EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Working as a Design Engineer in the R&D Department of MCV Mercedes-Benz Factory (MIS) responsible to manufacture Trucks (Semi-trailers, Silo Trucks, Fuel Tank Trucks, Garbage Trucks, Dumper trucks, Fire Trucks, Etc...). My Responsibilities as a Design Engineer is:  Support the study of a design and investigate of possible design solutions.  Support new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and save costs.  Support the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design.  Collect and analyze data from tests on prototypes.  Modify designs and retest them.  Plan to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget.  Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing products or components.
