"  Responsible of all the technical offices & the respective technical office managers resident inside all the ongoing projects.  Successfully implemented BIM for the first time within the company by coordinating the Revit Induction, upgrading the software & hardware requirement, and constructing a BIM unit using existing employees.  Responsible for the QS department for all current projects.  Responsible of Issuing the client and subcontractor invoices.  Responsible of the Handover requirements and follow-up for all projects.  Part of the team that implemented SAP ERP system, especially the (FI) & (CO) modules. Responsible of the induction for all T.O. members for successful SAP implementation.  Handling the tender and proposals for any upcoming projects, and organizing the technical and financial offers within the tender duration.  Revise all purchase orders & Invoices sent from site on daily basis.  Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables.

" ALBUROUJ RESIDENTIAL COMPOUND " - " Hassan Allam Sons "  Handling all related trades from material approval and procurement, to construction on site and tackling/coordinating all issues that might obstruct the construction progress.  Handling the tender and proposals for any upcoming projects  Supervise and review the preparation of construction method statements with construction personnel.  Planning and maintaining project budget and schedules.
