• Job Details:• Designed and proposed customized AV solutions (including video conferencing, digital signage, and control systems) by conducting site surveys, understanding client requirements, and creating technical schematics and BOMs. • Delivered technical presentations and demos to support the sales team, responded to RFIs/RFQs with detailed proposals, and acted as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle. • Collaborated with vendors and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility, accurate pricing, and smooth handover to implementation, while staying current with industry trends and AV technologies like Crestron, Extron, and Zoom Rooms. • Created detailed system schematics, block diagrams, and bills of materials (BoMs) using design tools such as AutoCAD & XTEN-AV.
