• Job Details:Prepare B.O.Q from Drawings for lump sum projects . • Provide the procurement department with the initial quantities required in the site • Supervision of concrete casting . • Follow up reinforced concrete works (carpentry and steel) . • Follow up block works . • Ensure that all conditions necessary for the casting of concrete are acquired . • Quantity surveying for concrete and block works done . • Manage constructions in line with the business plan . • Preparing bill of quantities for all terms of finishing needed for the project. • Supervising a lot of finishing works like block work, plaster, painting and tiles works
