Fleet Supervisor

• Job Details:Ensure the implementation of day-to-day activities of transportation. Maintaining vehicles/ambulances, registering and licensing vehicles, planning routes and finding ways to cut costs. Coordinate with EMS department for DOH audits for ambulance. Keep good relations with client by getting an update from them for facilities service. Permit renewal & document updates in portal. ENOC/ADNOC smart tag, issuing & change the limit & monitoring monthly report and then forwarding to account dept. Utilizing IVMS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicle usage. Creating job order and raising PR in the SAP. Encoding timesheet of drivers, pool vehicles & ambulances in SAP. Following up with procurement team to release POs. Raising MRF for drivers and materials.

Sales Executive

• Job Details:Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers. Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily. Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts. Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
