Managing our after-sales department engineers and organizing their visits to customers all over the Middle East. - Arranging flights bookings, hotel reservations, airport pickup and transportation for Sales manager, our local service engineers as well as for delegations from our principals. - Maintaining, with regards to filling, a clear updated filling. - Keeping an organized updated database for customers’ contacts. - Organizing company’s promotional gifts and contacting advertising companies for the designs of giveaways, bags and gifts. - Handling the company’s held symposiums and seminars starting with making hotel reservations, designing the invitations, preparing presentation files to be handed to the attendees. - Performing general clerical duties including: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
