● Coordinated the Re-deployed underutilized base stations to areas where there is heavy congestion. Data traffic increased by 12% after the redeployment of 100 sites in 45 days. ● Lead the project that Improved quality of service for 5 major cities in Zimbabwe for better user experience ● Consistence Checks for 5 BSCs and 3 RNCs KPI improvement to align with the regulator’s region and Accessibility and Retainability KPIs improved by 11% to above 98%, mobility KPIs improved by 4% to above 96% congestion (PS and CS) dropped to below 1% for the network during Busy hour. ● Managed to reduce the number of Penalty cells (those not complying with the regulator) by 64% to below 1% of the total network cells. ● Addressed 15 links, which had bandwidth constraints and this, improved the overall network performance to be within the regulated range by cutting over three major backbone routes. ● Successfully led the Ruckus WiFI deployment project which saw an improved communication organization-wid
