REPORT ON Uganda Baati Ltd (UBL) ASSIGNMENT OF 14TH SEPTEMBER, 2018 TO 17TH SEPTEMBER 2018. MRM TEAM: PHILIP MOISE WASAMBO & SUDI KADHULA ALI. OBJECTIVE. • To address the nonstandard product profile on the COVERMAX (CX) machine. BACKGROUND OF THE PROBLEM • The equipment distorting the profiled sheet lips by side shifting tendency on the forming dies. Note: The overall outcome was positive and product quality achieved with reference to UBL standards. Equipment is now in order and producing standard product. RECOMMENDED ACTIONS. • Develop a check list and enforce to drive constant monitoring of the equipment performance across and standardize. This will help in realizing any abnormalities developing which may have direct or indirect impact on the product quality. • Install coil cars to all other equipment across. This will ensure safe, ease, and faster loading and offloading of the feed coil on and from the de-coiler. • In the interim, ensure loading and offloading of the coil is done us
