• Job Details:Responsible for Local & Overseas Recruitment & Headhunting. Varied & solid experience in HR field including perfect knowledge with whole the mass recruitment ( blue & White collar ) daily process & life cycles as well. -Discussing and understand the client's hiring needs with the client's managers to prepare aggressive recruitment programs to meet their hiring needs. • Handling the searching, screening and selection process for CVs and preparing shortlists accordingly • Conducting initial interviews. • Evaluating the candidates & preparing shortlists. • Scheduling, organizing, and administrating interviews and related tests & preparing a report for the workshop results. • Acting as a liaison between both parties until final hiring is concluded. • Updating and developing the database. • Preparing a periodic report for the opened vacancies. • Receive client's recruitment requests. • Post Ads for each position. • Do screen interviews on phone with candidates. • Deal with multinational, international and local companies in several fields. • Get the best candidates by using all sources including the headhunting. • Match the requested experience with qualifications on CVs on the company's requests. • Interview the selected candidates in order to make sure that they are qualified for the position. • Set the interviews for the shortlisted candidates. • Follow up all recruitment activities till final selection and hiring. • Do any other tasks reasonable from the employer. • Report to the Recruitment and Administration Manage
