• Job Details:Installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux servers, network configuration by bonding, managing the servers with Red Hat 6, Ubuntu, expertise in handling file system-related issues, configured Samba to get access to Linux-shared resources from Windows, troubleshooting of database and network-related issues, providing support with chat, calls, and emails, managing all office database and scheduling daily backup of all users, troubleshooting related to Asterisk, database and Linux, providing training on products to customers, observing and monitoring the call responses on Asterisk server from many gateways, providing remote Asterisk support to clients, planning and implementing the necessary configuration for customers.
