• Job Details:1- Development and Continuous improvement for all plants: a. Rolling Mills (Combined Mill Bar and Wire rod), Final Product Finishing facilities “QT Furnaces, straightening m/cs, Bar Peeling, Work Shops, Cranes,) b. New Rolling Mill. c. Steel Making d. Wire Processing Plants “Wire Drawing, PC Strand Plants, PC wire processing, Wire chemical treatment lines, Wire Galvanizing, Wire Coloring, Work Shops”. 2- Engineering and Technical Office Department. Current Projects: 1. New Wire Drawing Project (ArcelorMittal Plants from France “Trefilunion”) (Dismantling used equipment from two complete plants in two different cities in France by Egyptian teams, Packaging and Dispatch to Egypt, Refurbishments work, installation, recommissioning), that contains: o Wire chemical treatment line (Pickling, phosphating, Lubricant carrier coating,) o Wire Drawing Lines (large sizes, Fine sizes) o Wire Galvanizing, Wire Coloring lines, o Packaging and Shipping Workshops, ETO Cranes, Laboratories, Work Shops, Stores, Auxiliaries etc. o PC Wire Strand production Lines o PC wire Production lines. o Spooling Lines o Till now install one wire drawing line , PC wire production line, and on going.. 2. Development of Bar Peeling Plant (build two new buildings with their cranes, install new three bar peeling machines, Centerless cylindrical grinding machines) 3. Modification Mill to produce large size coils over 18 mm to 27 mm wire rod. 4. New Bar Quenching and Tempering Induction Furnaces with their auxiliaries, 5. Install new Bars NDT Machines. 6. New Coil Compacting Machine (2.5-ton coils tying) erection and commissioning o Engineering of lay out for plant arrangement, interconnecting piping, cabling, prepare civil/steel needs, modification existing cabling routes of finishing area to install compactor. o Reengineering coil transportation sys., relocate weighing station to match new layout. 7. Upgrade Finishing area of wire rod production in rolling mill to produce 2.5-ton coils. 8. Relocate Stands tilters (Roughing, finishing stands tilters) to be in rolling line to be used 9. Modification of EAF with new Injection system, needed modification in Fume system, Utilities. upgrading of Steel Plant CC Cooling Bed (Engineering, Erection, Commissioning,)
