• Job Details:- Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance for mission critical systems. - Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting escalated technical issues from the operations team. - Performing advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers. - Design hardware and software systems. - Following up on phone with customers to discuss their projects expectations and progress. - Communicating with hardware and software vendors, data centers and ISPs to facilitate customer needs and company operations. - Provision, manage and enhance the company data center infrastructure and computer host systems including hardware, software and equipment. - Design and implement migration plans for web applications from system to system. - Operate, develop, maintain and enhance the monitoring system (Zabbix). - Supervising and train the operations team.

Linux System EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Linux system installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting. - Ongoing monitoring of the infrastructure. - Incident response for system failures promptly to bring applications back online. - Provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems and user requests through ticketing system. - Creating and maintaining backup for systems and applications data. - Develop and maintain custom tools to automate the Linux infrastructure.
