• Job Details:• Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through analysis and regular consultation with every director of any department and human resources department. • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors. • Design and create training manuals and course materials. • Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials. • Developing Training programs fitting undergraduates, postgraduates or any external organization at any department according to needs. • Developing effective induction programs fitting any individual. • Developing orientation programs fitting any new employee or trainee. • Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization. • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers to ensure the quality of the training program. • Ensuring that training requirements and learning objectives are fulfilled. • Help in finding instructors or vendors to conduct training. • Evaluating training and development programs . • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. • Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. • Having an understanding of E-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of E-learning packages. • Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research. • Participate in content developing and ensure that this content meets the learning objectives. • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
