• Job Details:• Assists the Duty Manager in the Operations within the shop • Coordinates with all sections/departments and merchandisers on availability and replenishment of all merchandize/stocks • Supervises proper arrangement of merchandize in all sections of the shop floor • Gathers attendance and schedules of all staff on shift • Performs spot checks on randomly selected cash registers • Signs off cash reports of all cash registers at the end of the shift • Carries out and signs off staff discounts for employees and other airport workers entitled to discounts • Assists and supports all Sales Assistants in serving the customers • Provides customer service to incoming and outgoing passengers and customers
